Migration Details:
- Migration Period: June 2, 2023 – June 20, 2023
- Action Required:
- Submit a ticket to let us know your preferred migration destination: New York or Los Angeles.
- Default Action:
- If we do not receive your ticket by June 20, 2023, we will migrate your data to the Los Angeles node between June 21, 2023 – July 2, 2023.
Migration Process:
- All data will be securely transferred over the network to your chosen location.
- Estimated downtime: Minimal during the migration process.
Compensation:
As a gesture of goodwill, all affected customers will receive one month of free service extension.
