- Affected IP Range: 23.230.238.0/24 (All IPs will need to be replaced).
- Migration Period: March 5, 2021 – March 20, 2021.
- Downtime: Approximately 15 minutes during migration.
Action Required:
Please contact us to arrange the migration of your services within the specified period. You can choose a suitable time for the migration to minimize the impact on your operations.
Important Note:
- If no action is taken by March 20, 2021, we will proceed with the migration and IP replacement automatically.
- As compensation, we are offering one month of free service for affected customers.
